SHIPPING INFO
I ship either via USPS or UPS. Product may be shipped in a standard cardboard box or a hand constructed cardboard box depending on dimensions. Product will be packed in both styrofoam for rigidity and bubble wrap.
REFUNDS : If the art arrives damaged please send it back in the package it was received in and I will refund your money upon inspection. If the product arrives intact but you are unsatisfied with it please send it back within one week of its arrival in the package it was received in and I will refund the full amount you paid for the product. Return shipping paid by customer.

I am a local artist and designer in Portland Oregon. The products listed on this site are hand constructed pieces of art and do have imperfections as so. While the designs are laser cut, the original designs are hand drawn and you are purchasing artwork and not a factory made product.
